This Shipping Policy explains how orders are handled, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Mary & Lucas.

  • Shipping time: 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Area & Costs

Mary & Lucas currently ships within the United States only.

  • Shipping is free on all orders
  • The final amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is placed and payment has been successfully approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

After your order has been dispatched, a second email will be sent with tracking information. This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Address Responsibility

You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Mary & Lucas is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Time & Possible Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier-related delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact support@marylucas.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

After review, you will be eligible for a replacement or a full refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@marylucas.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return procedure must be followed after delivery
